The Firm

The CDBA Group was created in 1960 by 2 brothers, Daniel and Gabriel DER BAGHDASSARIAN, willing to accompany their customers of the Romans basin (?) with a quality chartered consultancy combining technicity, know-how and advising. Since its creation, the Firm’s influence has progressively increased thanks to its own values which have been encouraging each collaborator for more than 45 years to surpass himself to bring a service of excellence to each customer, whatever his problematic and his size may be.
Small and medium-sized firms, small and medium size industrial firms, very small firms, professions, supermarkets, restaurant owners, entrepreneurs, Companies on the stock market…, all without exception find a real and careful ear to their situations in the fields of chartered accountancy and associated professions (cost accounting, assistance in administration, legal assistance, social assistance, audit, etc.)
Thanks to 10 associates with plural and complementary skills and to 80 specialized collaborators covering all the Rhone valley (ROMANS, VALENCE, MONTELIMAR, NIMES, LE CHEYLARD), the CDBA Group acts as experts combining flexibility and availability of a human scale team willing to lend a permanent ear to its customers.

Convinced since a long time that the exchange is the basis of enrichment of human activities, the CDBA Group has chosen for more than 15 years to join the FIDUNION network, the 2nd French network of chartered accountants and independent auditors.
With 250 chartered accountants, 2500 collaborators, 35000 customers, all sectors included, the FIDUNION network conducts reflexions and actions (commission, study and working groups, conventions, etc.) with its members to break the professional isolation of independent firms and to bring together the expertise of hundreds of collaborators throughout France.
All associates of the CDBA Group bring their contribution to the progress of such reflexions thanks to their involvement within national commissions relating to their predilection occupations.
Beyond frontiers
The FIDUNION International network has been created to better meet the increasing economy internationalization and to help exporting companies willing to expand abroad thanks to a network of local partners implanted in 30 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and on the American continent.
The CDBA Group, strongly involved in the animation of this network, is represented at the Vice-Chairmanship of FIDUNION International by Mr. Bernard HAUSS, General Manager Associate.
